I am a former Evangelical Protestant pastor who converted to Catholic Christianity in 2007 after a long process of study and discernment.

I am also a student of Saint Benedict and made my Final Promises as an Oblate of Saint Benedict in 2007 after my novitiate was complete.

​

The values found in historic Catholicism and in monasticism play an important and ongoing role in my life as a Christian and as an Oblate of Saint Benedict.

I am a blogger, vlogger, and now a podcast producer using these media tools to share the faith while pressing on toward my own eternal reward.
